Voice-over Work
More than 20 years ago, with the vision of bringing my creative skills to the business place, I launched my career as a voice performer, providing narration for TV and radio commercials, documentary films, audio books, and all manner of e-learning programs.
I provided the first female voice in email software (CompuServe’s “You’ve got mail!”), educated many of America’s children as the lead narrator on two award winning history programs used as standard school curriculum, informed the public of environmental challenges to our shores and wetlands on nature documentaries, and alerted the public to endangered rights of women seeking healthcare. I continue to be heard around the world, providing greetings, information, and support for the healthcare of military personnel and veterans with my friendly voice on the DOD’s telephone answering systems.
Since my beginnings years ago as studio coordinator for the in-house production staff at a global pharmaceutical company in Philadelphia, I’ve a had a special relationship and facility for the language and projects of that industry. Nearly every major company producing pharmaceuticals or medical knowledge has relied on my voice to convey their message, educate their customers and partners, and sell their products.
